YES! You pick the balloon color, tassel preference, and the message that you want written on the balloon.
100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloon available. The latex balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.
No. Balloons do not perform well under the Texas heat. I suggest to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. Lighter colors do best in the direct sun. Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your helium balloons. Once delivered, That Balloon Girl is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
Yes I do gender reveal balloons! I have a highlight on my Instagram labeled "Gender Reveal" where I've shared some of the best reveal videos I've received back from clients! We can fill them with mini balloons as well as confetti. If your doctor has your results they can be emailed to ThatBalloonGirl@yahoo.com. If your doctor has given you an envelope with the results, I can meet you to get them from you. If your doctor has given you login credentials for you to use to sign in and access your results, you can pass that on to me and I can retrieve the results for you.
Step 1- Complete the inquiry form or order for pickup or delivery
Step 2- If your inquiry form is submitted over the weekend you can expect for me to contact you the following Monday. If inquiry is submitted Monday-Thursday you can expect to hear from me with 24 hours.
Step 3- After we've gone over questions and you're ready to proceed with payment, I will send over invoice as well as payment options.
All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you inquire.
I use wall friendly, 3M command hooks. Here is an instructional video on how to remove them.

Yes! We do offer pickup at our headquarters! 3301 Cline St, Houston, TX 77020 You can pick up helium bundles as well as to-go garlands! Here's what you need to know! When picking up, please keep in mind that your balloons cannot be picked up in a truck or car- it must be a SUV with no car seats, boxes, tools, sports equipment or luggage in the back. All seats must be down. Please do not send your husband in his truck that has golf clubs and a car seat in the back that he doesn't know how to remove.
When we arrive all balloons will be fully inflated. We do not inflate on site, therefore we are typically in and out in 30 min or less. This is especially helpful with venues that have a smaller setup timeframe.
